The purpose of this policy is to advise our customers of the services that can be expected from LOVELAND NAILS AND SPA, and the steps and procedures that can be taken if work performed are not to your satisfaction.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
We cannot make refunds nor issue credit once service has been rendered.
We cannot make refunds, issue credits nor accept exchanges for merchandise purchased.
We will gladly redo at no cost to you if you are unsatisfied with the services received, provided you tell us immediately after we have performed the service. Exiting the salon means you are satisfied with work performed.
You will be charged for any repairs or replacements that we have to perform due to damages that you have caused such as but not limited to damaging the finish of your nails, chipped or broken nails or signs of nail lifting.
If you have any questions on how to care for your nails, please ask the nail technician.
WRINKLED OR MISHAPED POLISH
If your polish becomes wrinkled or mis-shaped – this is often caused by leaving the salon before polish is completely dried or not treating nails with your care in the first few hours after the service – we will fix them at no cost to you if you notify us within 24 hours of receiving the service.
You must come in to have your polish fixed within 3 days after your initial services – same color as initially chosen.
APPOINTMENTS & TARDINESS
Please contact a salon coordinator if it appears that you are going to be late to an appointment. If you are expecting to be more than ten minutes late, we cannot guarantee completion of the services booked, but as always, we’ll make every effort to do so.
LOVELAND NAILS AND SPA is not responsible for any personal items that have been damaged during services. Please be extra careful when handling polishes and check if any belongings are left behind.
Cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are acceptable tender for all services and products. All other forms of payment, including checks will not be accepted.
